What is Quarterly Billing?

One of the reasons that we are able to keep our prices so low is that we minimize our management costs by billing all of our customers quarterly, or every three months. Our minimum rental is 3 months. The quarterly billing dates are January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Our units are best for long-term tenants. When you first sign up, you will pay the pro-rated portion of the current quarter, to get you paid up to the nearest billing cycle.

Is outside storage available?

No. We keep our yard neat and tidy, and do not allow outside storage of any kind. You'll be suprised at how much you can fit into one of our storage units!

I run a business. Can I store my inventory here?

How big are the containers?

The containers are 8 feet wide, 20 feet long, and 8.5 feet high. Cars and SUVs can fit into the containers. In fact, many cars are shipped overseas in these containers!

Are the units clean?

Yes! We order all of our units directly from the manufacturer in China, and they are made custom for us. The units are filled with clean, dry goods and then shipped to our property. Your unit will be clean, secure, water tight and rodent proof. They also have 4 vents per side, to help prevent the possibility of condensation.
